All attendees should have received emails from Dr Walters concerning all EBPs. The Sunday EBP Concussion session information/directions were also emailed to attendees. Please read the directions carefully.
All Category A CEUs have been emailed to attendees. If you have not received one, please contact the annual meeting coordinator, Sara Pittelkau, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Anyone who registered, but was unable to attend must refer to the refund/cancellation policy below.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refund requests must be sent in writing to the VATA (email@example.com) and will be processed no later than eight weeks after the last day of the meeting. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the payment received. VATA will offer a full refund of registration fees for requests submitted at least 30 days prior to the event. Refunds will be granted less a $25 administrative fee for requests submitted less than 30 days prior to the event and up to two weeks after the event. No cancellations will be processed after two weeks from the final day of the event.
