Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refund requests must be sent in writing to the VATA (email@example.com) and will be processed no later than eight weeks after the last day of the meeting. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the payment received. VATA will offer a full refund of registration fees for requests submitted at least 30 days prior to the event. Refunds will be granted less a $25 administrative fee for requests submitted less than 30 days prior to the event and up to two weeks after the event. No cancellations will be processed after two weeks from the final day of the event.
