  1. VATA Bylaws, addition of Appointed Positions section.

Current language: none

Proposed language: Addition of the following appointed VATA positions and their respective descriptions.

  • Education Compliance Coordinator

  • Historian

  • Director(s) of the Leadership Academy

Rationale: Currently these positions exist and are appointed by the President with the approval of the Executive Council. They do not fit the description of a committee since they are typically held by no more than two people. Adding the positions as well as their description helps to ensure structure and assigned duties.
